Episode #152: R.I.P. Tobe Hooper and Naz's experience with the Farhang Film Festival / by Naz Red

In honor of the passing away of master of horror Tobe Hooper, director of "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" among others, Naz talks about the influence "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" had on Naz's short film "The Fabulous of Life Of Niaz", a film that burned eyeballs at The Farhang Film festival and caused outrage, which made Naz happy. Naz talks about coming up with the idea for "Persian Pussy Cat" (the feature length film of "The Fabulous life Of Niaz") and making the short film using "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" as a reference movie in terms of grungy violence and later meeting one of the judges from the Farhang Film Festival by chance at his parents tailoring shop who knew Naz's short film just by Naz making a tongue slicing gesture.
